Join the Family health study in three easy steps!
Interested in being a part of the Family Health Study? Here’s what you need to do:
Enroll
Sign up as a Juice Plus+ customer and buy a reoccuring order of Juice Plus+ premium capsules, fruit & vegetable capsules or adult soft chewables, or a bundle that contains one of those products.
Participate
Join the Family Health Study (see requirements below) to receive Juice Plus+ Fruit Blend and Juice Plus+ Vegetable Blend capsules or chewables for your child — free of charge* — for between four and fourteen years as a study participant. The young person can stay on the program until their 18th birthday.
Evaluate
You will be asked to complete a few simple surveys to see how you and your family’s health habits have been impacted by taking Juice Plus+.
Requirements
For Adults
You must be over the age of 18 and play an active role in a child's life (as a relative, mentor or godparent) to sign up for the Family Health Study.
For Youth
Your child must be between the ages of 4 and 17. The child’s product is sent to the same address as the adult.
